Join the HANDS team for a unique training opportunity featuring hands-on experience and coaching in simulated and natural work environments as part of the HANDS Model in Practice: Intensive 3-Day Transition & Vocational Programming workshop! Professionals will work alongside consumers with ASD in a variety of employment settings while also learning the process of applying the HANDS Model.
The training environment will provide exposure to a variety of associated behavioral, educational, and topics-pecific examples through informational sessions, video samples, and scenario-based discussions and activities as well as with observation, practice, coaching and feedback.
The primary audience for the workshop is employment service providers, job coaches and employment service managers who provide services through Vocational Rehabilitation. However, individuals providing services within school-based and other community settings are also invited.
