We’re excited to invite you to our Transitioning to College for Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder Conference. The purpose of this event is to facilitate college-bound students with Autism Spectrum Disorder in coordinating supports to develop a student-centered transition plan. As you and your family embark upon this college journey, join us to identify the tools you need to navigate through turbulent skies, develop your own crew or network of support, and learn how to utilize the many resources that are available to help you reach your graduation destination. As you immerse yourself in a wide range of academic coursework, social, and career activities, minimize barriers by connecting with people who share your interests in order to maximize the benefits of your college experience.
